The ZipE® Bio-resorbable button and its suture have been designed to allow their functioning with a minimal insertion force called “Go”; its design allows for correct coupling of the union, since when the suture is pulled in the reverse direction, the exit opening of the button prevents the suture from moving backward, requiring very high exit forces “No-Go”, allowing the repair and the patient’s tendon to be properly protected.
